    Acrobat for Legal Professionals is a 2 day course during which you will explore the Acrobat work environment and practice creating and manipulating Portable Document Format (PDF) fi les, usable for information collection. The course covers in detail, how to set up and track a review process and modify settings to produce high quality results. You will also learn how to add security to PDF documents such as restricting access and distribution of confi dential information. Additional topics include the following: electronic fi ling, document search, retrieval, archival and delivery, modifi cation of a PDF fi le by adding navigation to it, PDF forms, and how to obtain data from a PDF.

The course first introduces the basics of form design and describes how to design your forms for efficient data exchange.

In addition to teaching methodology, the course focuses strongly on best practices for hosting meetings and managing associated content.
