Forms are easily converted to fillable PDF forms enabling
the end user the ability to fill in information and automatically
submit the entered data. Only the free Adobe Reader® software
is required by the end user of the forms. The data is securely
transmitted through UltimatePDF's servers to your UltimatePDF
account. The subscriber logs in at anytime to view the received
data. If desired, email alerts can be set to notifiy the appropriate
parties when data has been submitted.
With a simple click, your data is downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet,
an Access database, an XML file or a Delimited text file.
If the file doesn't already exist, UltimatePDF will automatically
create a file in the format of your choice (Excel, Access,
XML, Delimited) matching the data fields in the form..
