UltimatePDF automates many features that normally require extensive programming or that the users have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. With UltimatePDF, the form designer can easily add functionality to a form including data submission, email alerts, bar coding and automatic database creation. The full version of Adobe Acrobat Professional is only required of the form designer. Only the free Adobe Reader® software is needed by the end users to fill in forms and submit data. UltimatePDF can even create a flattened (non editable) copy of the form for the end user to save for their records. Your existing forms can easily be converted into interactive, intelligent PDF documents. With Intelligent PDF documents, data is collected into a centralized location. The captured data can then easily be retrieved and managed with UltimatePDF Server software without programming or IT staff assistance. Authorized users log-in to easily and securely retrieve their data in user friendly formats such as Access, Excel, XML and Tab Delimited. Existing data files can be used or UltimatePDF will automatically create the table or spreadsheet from the fields of the form. No need to modify the data files when a form is changed.
